REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILT ESTABLISHMENTS
Personality:
DNI of the holder and/or legalized social contract.
Property: Any of the following documents that prove a link with the applicant:
Title of property / Deed / Report of domain of the property / Bill of Sale / Lease Agreement / Concession / Commodatum / Ownership.
General location map: with cover for accommodation.
Floor plan: with silhouette of equipment, section, view and facade, with cover destined for accommodation.
Descriptive memory: with the details of the services to be offered, equipment and facilities, period of operation of the same.
Contact information: real and registered address, telephone number and/or cell phone, email and website.
Fantasy name: list with 7 proposed names, in order of priority for establishment.
Fire Safety Devices: plan or sketch with a report prepared by the Safety and Hygiene Technician.
Final Work Certificate: granted by the Municipality.
Photographs of the establishment: internal and external.
Proof of Registration in AFIP and Gross Income.
Comprehensive Civil Liability Insurance Policy with a minimum amount of $120,000.
with Non-Repetition Clause in favor of the Ministry of Tourism – CUIT Nº 30-71588612-6.
Commercial License: municipal or provincial or Provisional Provision of the Ministry of Tourism
Passenger and Suggestion and Complaint Books.
